Is there a minimum order before you ship?
No,
however there is a $5.00 handling charge for net purchase
less than $50.00 on top of the shipping charge. There is no
minimum or handling charge for pick up orders
How
do you charge for shipping?
Shipping
rate is based on the weight of the total order and/or the
size of the box (dimensional weight - L x W x H
¸standard
rate.
Will the orders be shipped out the same day?
Orders
made before 2:00 pm EST will be shipped out the same day.
What is the transit time for my order?
Generally
order takes up to 3 ~ 5
business days. However, this is not a guaranteed transit
time. Guaranteed transit time delivery is also available
for additional cost.
How come I cannot see the pricing on some of the products?
Some
of the products are reserved for practitioners only.
We do not sell Medical Devices such as Needles, Electro Devices
etc, to general public. To purchase Medical Devices
you must have a practitioner's account for login to purchase.
How do I know if my order went through?
There
are two ways to verify if we have received your order.
- After
you go through the check out process on web orders or after
logging into your account, click on ORDER HISTORY on the
top of the page you can check the status of your order.
- You
should receive an order confirmation via email. This
may take a few minutes, if after 30 min. you still have
not receive a confirmation, please call us at (407)
830-0588
or Toll free at 1-877-248-4839 to make sure we received
your order.
Can I come to your location to pick up my order?
Yes,
there is NO additional charge for pick up orders.
How can I
place an order for pickup?
All pick up orders
can be placed by phone, fax
or email.
Do you serve walk in customer?
Yes,
you are more than welcome to come to our location and browse
our full product line. Our regular business hours are
9:00 am 5:30
pm EST.
What is your refund/exchange policy?
You
may return any unused items within 30 days from the invoice
date for credit or refund with our prior approval by phone
or writing. Returned item must be in original package with
seals intact and unbroken. Shipping charges for the returned
item must be prepaid and insured by the purchaser. Any return
after the above-specified period will be subjected to 15%
restocking charge. No return will be accepted
after 60
days from the invoice date.
Printed
material or pre-recorded Medias such as Books, Charts, Software,
CDs, VCDs, VHS and DVDs may be exchanged for the same
item ONLY if obvious product defect is found.
No refund will be given on these items.
What form of payment do you accept?
We
accept VISA, MASTERCARD, Money Order, Certified Check and
Cash (walk in and C.O.D).
Do you have payment terms?
Unless
approved by ACP in advance, all orders must be pre-paid
with a credit card, certified check or money order.
Orders can also be shipped out by C.O.D, where customer will be responsible for the
additional C.O.D charges by UPS.

The
