PLACING ORDERS:

DELIVERY & SHIPPING CHARGE:

Delivery will normally be arranged through UPS ground service and customer will be charged with the shipping cost according to UPS actual standard rates. For net purchase amount of $35 or less, there will be $5 handling charge plus shipping charge according to UPS actual rates.

PAYMENT:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Certified Check, Money Order or Cash (Walk-in Clients).  Personal or Company Check will be accepted based on prior approval.  Any NSF check will be subjected to $25.00 of handling charge.

PAYMENT TERMS:

Unless approved by ACP Medical Supplies Inc. in advance, all orders must be pre-paid with a credit card, certified check or money order.  Orders can also be shipped out by C.O.D (cash, certified check or money order) where customer will be responsible for the additional C.O.D charges by UPS. Delinquent accounts will be subjected to interest charge of 1.5% per month.  No orders will be shipped against delinquent account.

FOR NEW CUSTOMER OR DELINQUENT ACCOUNT:

Payment must be accompanied with the order or will be delivered by C.O.D. with charge.

RETURN POLICY:

You may return any unused items within 30 days from the invoice date for credit or refund with our prior approval by phone or writing. Returned item must be in original package with seals intact and unbroken. Shipping charges for the returned item must be prepaid and insured by the purchaser. Any return after the above-specified period will be subjected to 15% restocking charge.  

Printed material or pre-recorded Medias such as Books, Charts, Software, CDs, VCDs, VHS and DVDs may be exchanged for the same item ONLY if obvious product defect is found.  No refund will be given on these items.

ACP EQUIPMENT LIMITED WARRANTY:

The limited warranty set forth below is given by ACP Medical Supplies Inc. with respect to the Electro-Acupuncture Products distributed or sold by ACP Medical Supplies Inc. for use in United States of America.

This limited warranty covers any defective materials or workmanship as follows:

For a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase, defective equipment will be repaired or exchanged for a brand new unit at ACP's discretion with no charge of parts and labor.

After 90 days but within the one-year period from the date of original purchase, product returned to ACP Medical Supplies Inc., and proven to be defective upon inspection, will be repaired or exchanged for new or comparable rebuilt parts.  There will be no charge for parts.  Repairing labor will be charged at prevailing labor rates.

Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges and insurance, if any, for the equipment sent to/returned from ACP Medical Supplies Inc.

This limited warranty covers all defects in normal use, and does not apply in the following cases:

• Loss or damage due to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, accident or electrical current fluctuation.

• Use of parts or supplies (other than those distributed by ACP Medical Supplies Inc.) which damage the equipment or cause abnormal frequent service call.

• This warranty does not cover any consumable part, which has a lifetime.

• ACP Medical Supplies Inc. will not be liable for loss of revenue or profits, failure to realize savings or other benefits, or for any other special, incidental or consequential damages
