ABOUT US:

ACP Medical Supplies Inc., a newly appointed U.S. distributor of well-known CARBO® disposable acupuncture needles, backed up by the CARBO® needle manufacturer.  The company is committed to bringing high quality products at an affordable price and high quality service to our valued customers.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING CHARGE:

Delivery will normally be arranged through UPS ground service and customer will be charged with the shipping cost according to UPS actual rates. For net purchase amount of $50 or less, there will be $5 handling charge plus shipping charge according to UPS actual rates.

PAYMENT:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, personal check, company check or money order.  Any NSF checks will be subjected to $10 of handling charge. 

PAYMENT TERMS: 

Unless approved by ACP Medical Supplies Inc. in advance, all accounts are due within 14 days from the invoice date.  Delinquent accounts will be subjected to interest charge of 1.5% per month.  No orders will be shipped against delinquent account.  

FOR NEW CUSTOMER OR DELINQUENT ACCOUNT: 

Payment must be accompanied with the order or will be delivered by C.O.D. with charge.

RETURN POLICY:

You may return any unused items within 15 days from the invoice date for credit or refund with our prior approval by phone or writing. Returned item must be in original package with seals intact and unbroken. Shipping charges for the returned item must be prepaid and insured by the purchaser. Any return after the above-specified period will be subjected to 15% restocking charge.   No return will be accepted after 60 days from the invoice date.
